Located on the corner of Market and Wellington Streets in Port Albert, Ontario this 1200 square-foot 2 storey home is unique in both the design and the services available. Located less than 5 minutes drive from the public beach, we constructed the building and the exterior amenities as a home for our 25 foot 250 Airstream classic motorhome. The main floor of the building features a kitchen, 4 pc bathroom with living and dining areas and a single master bedroom. The upstairs features a studio room with kitchen, bathroom and well-appointed living space. A Murphy bed provides for an increased living area with a convertible space and a Juliet balcony allows the outside in and on comfortable summer nights, you can feel the breeze off the lake.

The house is constructed as a prototype for a Larger Development that is in the planning stages in Inverhuron, Ontario. Some of the features include, energy efficient design, concrete main floor with in-floor heating. Forced air heating and air-conditioning. Fully sound insulated and fire separated between the upper and lower units. Fully furnished with full 5.1 surround sound in both the upper and lower units.

The grounds are set up with a U-shaped driveway which has a pull through underneath a 30'x12'x12' covered RV shelter. There are water, sanitary and 30 amp electrical facilities on the shelter. Our next objective is to provide a covered screen porch in the front adjacent to the fire pit and a covered outdoor pool table, with outdoor kitchen in the rear. Both the house and the shed to the west have 30 amp electrical and water services available at the driveway allowing for 3 full sized campers with A/C. The house sits on a half acre (young) treed lot and has lots of amenity space. It can be rented as a 1 bedroom main floor only or can include the upper suite. 30amp and camping services can be included and activated as needed.

We anticipate to begin rentals in the spring of 2022.
